30 houses, huts gutted in fire near Badin

BADIN: The sudden fire in the village Moledino Khaskheli near Nindo Shaher of Badin district has caused more than 30 houses and huts of poorer villagers where complete precious material of poor villagers turned into ashes. The affected villagers including Abdul Rehman, Muhammad Usman, Muhammad Ismail, Sikandar, Allah Dino, Ramchand, Valji, Meaghan, Thanwar Kolhi and others said their precious material was ablazed of sudden fire while pet animals also died of such woeful incident.
They said the firebrigade vehicle reached on spot but after getting information and caused less of damage and loss. The affectees said elected representatives paid no heed to wipe their tears and assist too.
On the other hand, Deputy Commissioner Badin, Agha Shahnawaz Khan along with Assistant Commissioner and Mukhtiarkar Badin visited the spot in village Moledino Khaskheli and facilitated the affectees families with tents, mosquito nets, blankets, food items and other needed material and assured them for further assistance to overwhelm the damages.
