HYDERABAD: 39th death anniversary of the hero of the first Sindhi film Aikta, Raees Karim Bux Nizamani was today but as per tradition of the culture department and other social and cultural organization did not arrange any memorial programme to pay tribute to the legendary actor of his times. He is also known as Baba-e-Saqafat (Father of the Culture).
