SHIKARPUR: The 79th death anniversary of the founder of the Civil Hospital Shikarpur Rai Bahadur Udhaw Das Tarachand was observed by the hospital administration to pay tribute to him on Wednesday. Cheif Guest Legend Poet Adal Soomro, The Civil Surgeon Dr Veengas Ayaz, Nadir Panhwar Sham Sharof Udhaw das, Washu Chabria, Shobha, Veena Shirangi and others attended the death anniversary and paid rich tribute to Rai Bahadur Udhaw Das Tarachand for the services which he rendered for welfare of the masses.
