SHIKARPUR: Qomi Awami Tehreek Shikarpur celebrated the 91st birthday anniversary of Rasool Bux Palijo, scholar, veteran politician and writer, a leading human-rights lawyer and the leader and founder of Awami Tehreek, a progressive and leftist party, and paid him great tribute, at Allah Wala Chowk, here on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion speakers including agha waqar durani, Zafar Channa,Zahid ghalo, Zahid Bhanbhro, and others highlighted the services of Mr. Rasool Bux Palijo and said that he introduced new trends in politics and became the voice of the voiceless, helpless, and oppressed people of the Sindh and termed him an institute who always resisted against injustice adding Rasool Bux Palijo also encouraged women to lead the political struggle and challenge the false customs and democracy.
In last, a cake was also cut down by the leaders and workers of QAT Shikarpur chapter.
A large number of people belonging to different walk of life and political, religious and city organizations participated in the event and paid great homage to an eminent scholar and writer Rasool Bakhsh Palijo and were their opinion that no one would take his place and therefore the people of Sindh are feeling lack of Rasool Bux Palijo.
