ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Senator Faisal Javed has termed consensus as essential for public execution of rape offenders.
In a statement issued on Twitter, Senator Faisal Javed said that it was essential to create a consensus on public execution of child abusers, not human beings who abuse children and women are savage beasts.
He said that beasts who abuse children should be made a role model, adding that along with legislation, enforcement, prosecution and punishment are very important.
