SHIKARPUR: DC Kashmore Munawar Ali Mithani chaired a meeting of the district officials and the leaders of different religious organizations to review arrangements for the holy month of Ramzan-ul-Mubarak on Thursday. The meeting discussed the issues related to the price control and unannounced load shedding of gas and electricity. Addressing on the occasion, the DC Kashmore directed the officials to ensure the sale of daily use items according to the government fixed rates and take stern action against the profiteers. He also ordered for the implementation of the officials SOPs in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic. The Assistant Commissioner assured the meeting to pay regular visits to the markets and ensure the implementation of the Ramzan Ordinance.
