KARACHI: A futsal tournament organized by AKJ Pakistan Sports Events Management company started today at NED University Karachi in which 24 teams from different universities and colleges of Karachi participated including NED University, IOBM, Habib University, Roots MLNMS, Bahria College, Diya Academy, FPS, TLH and many others colleges and schools Also, 9 girls’ teams had to take part.
The event was organized by Ambreen Khan who is also the Secretary-General of AKJ Pakistan Sports events Management Company. The first day of the tournament started at 9 a.m. and continued till evening. In U-17 Boys, FPS and Bahria College teams made it to the finals by showing excellent performance and in U-17 Girls, DIYA Academy and TLH school teams won their respective pool matches and made it to the finals which Will be played at 3:40 PM and the winning team will be awarded trophy medals and prizes
Speaking to the media, Miss Ambreen khan said that such competitions would continue in the future as well
