Govt College Hyd not closed; raised to the status of University: Dr Nasir

HYDERABAD: Vice Chancellor Government College University Hyderabad Prof Dr Nasir Shaikh has said that Government College Hyderabad is not closed but raised to the status of University. Addressing during a meeting held at the Assembly Hall on Wednesday he further said that impression is not correct that the historical Government College Hyderabad is no more. Government College is functioning and will always be functioning and imparting intermediate education. The intermediate will continue to run under the supervision of GC University.
