KARACHI: Special Assistant to Chief Minister Sindh, Javed Nayab Laghari has said that there is no any such thing as law in Punjab. In his Twitter message he has said that the bloodshed and riots in today’s by-elections are a reflection of the fact that nothing but fascism has flourished in the Niazi government.
