The second one-day National Sira-e-Nabi Conference was held at Government College University Hyderabad. The title of the conference was “Strengthening the Economic Ideology in the Stabilization of the State of Madinah in the Light of the Sira of the Prophet”. The conference was chaired by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasiruddin Sheikh while the special guest was Prof. Dr. Abdul Hameed Abbasi. The conference had four sessions including an online session in which dissertation writers from all over the country presented summaries of their papers.
The conference started with recitation of Quran and Naat Rasool Maqbool. GC University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nasiruddin Sheikh in his presidential address said that socialism / communism is dead and capitalism is taking the last hiccups. The tried and tested system is the system of Islam. The government should implement the recommendations for the second Madinah.
