SHIKARPUR: Shikarpur police claimed to have killed two dacoits identified as Arab aka Jhirki and Jabar Teghani at Lunjo Laro in the limits of Napar-Kot Police Station.
SSP Shikarpur Tanveer Ahmed Tunio and ASP Shikarpur Sayed Fazil Bukhari were leading the police party when they received an information regarding dacoits.
According to a press release issued by Shikarpur Police, in which Shikarpur police, claimed that both dacoits were notorious dacoits and wanted to Police in many notorious crimes and multiple cases were registered against them at different police stations of Shikarpur District, however, police have seized weapons recovered from their possession.
The bodies of both dacoits were shifted to Taluka Hospital Khanpur for autopsy.
An FIR was to be registered till the filing of this news file.
Besides, Shikarpur police arrested four suspects who wanted to police in multiple cases including drug peddlers, intend to kill, and gambler named Amjad Shaikh, Tahir Shaikh, Muhammad Qasim Sanjrani, and Imam Bux Chandio and seized Hashish.
