Sindhi Culture Day; best wishes of peace and love for the humanity

By: Naseer Memon

Today is the day of Sindhi culture. National cultures are the collective heritage of human society, born out of centuries of social processes. The roots of Sindh’s culture are rooted in the Mohen-jo-Daro civilization of the Indus Valley, an example of modern-day town planning developed thousands of years ago. On the one hand, such a cultural innovation at that time is a sign of disgust, on the other hand, the remains of Mohan Jo Daroo do not provide any evidence of war and strife, which is the proof of Sindh’s peaceful society for centuries. The prosperity of Sindh and the vastness of its developed culture can be gauged from the statue of Sambara, the dancer of Mohen-jo-Daro. Innumerable invaders ravaged Sindh during this period of centuries but Sindh with its cultural and national identity is still on the world map today. Fighting the new challenges of the modern age, Sindh is still on its journey of identity and development. In this journey, he faces innumerable challenges, but the people of Sindh are resisting these conditions and trying to turn the dreams of a better future into reality. Happy Sindhi Culture Day to all the peace loving and cultured people of the world with best wishes of peace and love for the world of humanity.
