The possibility of moving T20 World Cup from West Indies and America to other countries

ICCT Twenty World Cup 2024 is likely to be shifted from West Indies and USA to other countries.

According to media reports, the lack of cricket infrastructure in America is worrying, the cricket stadiums here are still not of international standard, so ICC is thinking of shifting the tournament from America and West Indies.

It has been stated in the reports that America and West Indies have been given the hosting of the T20 World Cup 2024, however, it is difficult to prepare the venues for the World Cup in such a short time in both countries. 2030 T20 World Cup is hosted by England, Ireland and Scotland, it is being told that West Indies and USA can host the 2030 T20 World Cup.

Former USA Cricket Chairman Dr. Atul Roy says that it is difficult to host the World Cup after looking at the current situation in America, the current facilities in America are not up to the standard of ICC.

Dr. Atul Rai says that it is now up to the ICC whether they invest in stadiums in the US or give the host to another country.
