UN resolution on Pakistan’s right to self-determination passed unanimously

The resolution on Pakistan’s right to self-determination was unanimously adopted by the UN General Assembly.

According to the Foreign Office Spokesperson, a resolution was tabled by Pakistan in the UN General Assembly entitled “A Global Sense of People’s Right to Self-Determination” which was adopted unanimously.

The Foreign Office spokesman said that the resolution was supported by 72 countries from all parts of the world. The people of Kashmir are also included.

The Foreign Office spokesman added that the unanimously adopted resolution was a ray of hope for the people of Occupied Kashmir, adding that the future of the people would be decided in accordance with the UN Charter and resolutions.
