SUKKUR: The Sindh High Court Sukkur Bench heard a constitutional petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Syed Tahir Hussain Shah against keeping PPP central leader Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah in NICVD for 18 months. The petitioner’s counsel heard the petition in the court, after which the court declared it a hearing and summoned the DG NAB, Sindh Home Secretary and Director NICVD to the court on May 5 and adjourned the hearing till May 5. It should be noted that PTI leader Syed Tahir Hussain Shah has taken a stand in his petition that Syed Khurshid Ahmad Shah is suffering from a disease which has been admitted to the NICVD and the hospital for him. The third floor has been allotted where he is holding political meetings but why his disease has not been diagnosed till date.
