78th death anniversary of Shaheed Allah Bux Soomro observed

SHIKARPUR: The 78th death anniversary of Shaheed Allah Bux Soormo, the former prime minister of Sindh, was observed by Soomra Etihad Shikarpur, Jeay Sindh Mahaz Shikarpur, and real heirs at Shikarpur.
Dr. Amir Abbas Soomro, Arshad Soomro, Abdul Khalique Soomro, Sarang Munir Soomro, Asadullah Soomro, Imran Mangi, Ahsan Jeho Abro, Ali Asghar Pahore, chairman Save Shikarpur, visited the graveyard and expressed their faith and said that Shaheed Allah Bux Soomro sacrificed his life, but did not compromise over his principles for the welfare of the people of Sindh.
Dr. Amir Abbas Soomro while speaking said that Shaheed Allah Bux Soomro born at Shikarpur in 1900 and completed matriculation in 1918 and started earning as a contractor along with his father and took interest in politics in 1923 and has been the Chief Minister of Sindh adding he has been famous for his simplicity during the era of his chief minister-ship and he embarrassed martyrdom when a few unknown armed assailants opened indiscriminate firing on him when he was traveling on horse-cart towards Begari Waah at Shikarpur.
Mr. Arshad Soomro, AK Soomro, and Sarang Munir Soomro said that Shikarpur has born many famous and popular politicians, but the status of Shaheed Allah Bux Soomro was eminent amongst all.
A large number of people reached his grave and prayed Almighty Allah to rest his departed soul in peace and petaled flowers on his grave.
