An important decision of the Islamabad High Court to prevent the third wave of Corona

The Islamabad High Court has taken an important decision to prevent the third wave of corona virus.

The Registrar’s Office of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued a notification on the direction of Chief Justice Athar Minallah, according to which the decision to adjourn all normal cases has been extended till May 16. Cases will not be heard.

The notification further said that till May 16, only important cases will be heard in which bail, restraining order and genuine emergency cases will be heard while important cases will be fixed for hearing with the approval of Chief Justice Atharmanullah.
