Army Chief General Qamar Bajwa and US Secretary of State telephone contact

Rawalpindi: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and US Secretary of State have had a telephone conversation.

According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken telephoned Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa to discuss issues of mutual interest and the regional security situation.

According to ISPR, the Chief of Army Staff and the US Secretary of State also discussed the latest developments in the Afghan peace process and bilateral cooperation in various fields.
