Eight people have been killed and hundreds injured in a stampede during a musical concert in Houston, Texas.
According to US media reports, the stampede took place during the third annual Astro World Festival in Houston.
According to the local administration, about 50,000 people were present at the music festival and the stampede took place when people tried to approach the stage.
The administration said that 8 people were killed and more than 300 were injured in the stampede. The injured have been admitted to various hospitals for medical treatment.
