Decision of reopening educational institutions made in consultation with provincial governments: Shafqat Mahmood

THATTA: Federal Minister for Education, Professional Training and National History and Literary Heritage Shafqat Mahmood has said that the decision of reopening all educational institutes was taken in consultation with provincial governments and the health of the children was the priority. He was talking to reporters during his visit to historical sites at Thatta on Thursday.
He further said that; The Pandemic had left an adverse effect on the education of children. He further said that all decisions regarding education were taken collectively.
“The politics of Pakistan Muslim Leauge Nawaz revolve around opprobrium and false propaganda, their members attacked the building of the supreme court and now when the commission comprising senior-most judges of the Supreme Court has been formed over a broad-Sheet issue they are again propagating against that”; Said Shafqat Mahmood. “The broadsheet issue has not appeared all of a sudden it had emerged during the government of Parvez Musharaf; He added.
Shafqat Mahmood was here to visit the historical site of the district particularly the Shahjahan Mosque and Makli Necropolis.
Sharing the objective of his visit he said that; He had arrived here to reconnoiter the National Heritage site. Though under the 18th amendment the historical sites had been given under the supervision of the Provincial government despite that the federal government would proffer its support for the rehabilitation and renovation of historical sites.
Earlier the tyre of a mini-shuttle in which he was riding to have a view of Makli Necropolis went off and he miraculously escaped an accident.
