ۡKARACHI: Renowned educationist, the head of Sindhi Department at Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology (FUUAST), Dr Kamal Jamro passed away today. Dr Jamro wrote over 40 books out of which 10 were on Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai and other poets of the country.
Some of his authored books are part of academic syllabus in various varsities. The government of Sindh recommended Dr. Kamal Jamro’s name for the Pride of Performance award to the federal government.
