KARACHI: Sindh Cabinet, despite court orders, approved four tier formula revision for Sindh college teachers in its meeting on 24th December. As per detail the Sindh high court had ordered the college education department to grant time scale to the college teachers. During the last hearing secretary colleges had assured the court that the matter of time scale was to be approved from the cabinet meeting. However in the meeting the summary for time scale was not presented and an other summary was approved which was for the revision of four tier formula,
