Federal Government cuts 82000 millions of province budget: Sohail Anwar Siyal

BADIN: Sindh Government allocated Rs. 2000 millions for de-weeding and de-silting and cleanness of the canals of the province. PTI led Federal Government has cut Rs. 82000 millions of the province’s budget which halted the countless development schemes of the Sindh province.
These words were stated by Provincial Minister Sindh for Irrigation Department, Mr. Suhail Anwar Siyal while addressing the public gathering and talking with media separately on Sunday.
Mr. Siyal said that I was here among the people of district Badin aimed to together the grievances of people of Badin on the directives of Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Chief Minister of Sindh, Sayed Murad Ali Shah.
He said Sindh Government was taking tangible efforts for improvement of the Irrigation system of the province adding that capacity of water flow of Left Bank Outfall Drainage (LBOD) was made increase from 6 thousands cusics to 10 thousands cusics.
Mohammad Ismail Rahu, Provincial Minister for Agriculture Sindh expressed that mixture and substandard in pesticides and fertilizers wouldn’t be spared at any cost adding that those who if found guilty in this context would be handled legimitavely.
Mr. Rahu said that PPP’s leadership was worried for the betterment and development of the people of Badin adding he expressed that more additional facilities and supports to be provided to Irrigation and Agriculture sectors of the province by Government of Sindh.
While addressing, MPA Haji Taj Mohammad Mallah added that Badin district always inundated by the drainage system of district due to lack of proper maintenance and upgration. He stressed for proper de-silting and cleanness of canals of district Badin and maintained that it should be commenced from LBDO canal.
On the occasion, Senator Dr. Sikander Ali Mandhro, Special Assistant, CM Sindh, Pir Noor-Ul-Allah Qureshi, MNA Mir Ghulam Ali Talpur, former Senator, Bibi Yasmeen Shah, Qabool Mohammad Khatiyan, chairman, Left Bank Canal Area, Agha Shahnawaz Khan, Deputy Commissioner Badin, Basit Ali Soomro, Chairman, SIDA & others were also addressed the public gathering when the event was attracted by hundreds of growers, citizens, PPP workers and others.
