Federal govt understands the problems of people of Sindh, Asad Umar

SHIKARPUR: Asad Umar, Federal Minister for Planning, Development, Reforms and Special Initiatives visited Sultan-Kot the native town of Agha Taimoor Khan Pathan, the former provincial minister and PTI leader Shikarpur, on the directives of Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, here on Monday.
Addressing the gathering, Asad Umar said that the prime minister has issued directions to visit Sindh mainly districts for development schemes and said that the federal government is understating the outstanding problems of the people of Sindh, but when the federal government starts to do something then the provincial government of Sindh put hurdles by using the 18th amendment and autonomous of the province, but despite it, federal government keeping an eye over the issues being faced by people of Sindh during Covid-19 started a program to give money to poverty-stricken people to help them out and within two months 65 billion distributed in Sindh amongst the poor and deserving families.
Asad Umar also criticized over Sindh government regarding providing Covid-19 vaccination and said that the federal government is providing it, but the Sindh government using political tactics on it, but the federal government would provide vaccine in the ongoing week for the welfare of the people of Sindh.
Mr. Asad further said that very soon development work would be started in Shikarpur, Mr Asad Umar raised the question that people of Sindh are asking a question from Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Murad Ali Shah regarding the price hike of wheat and said that why they are not taking steps to overcome the prices of wheat like Punjab has overcome.
The people of Sindh mainly Shikarpur, Jacobabad and Ghotki are feeling insure owing to lawlessness and such a report would be presented before the Prime Minister of Pakistan and termed there is law of Jungle in Sindh.
Besides, he also vowed a development for Shikarpur and other districts of Sindh like the capital of Sindh.
Asad Umar said that Sindh is rich in natural resources despite the circumstances and development works of Sindh are clearly seen by everyone because of people of Sindh is being scared with “Daco Raj” and he vowed Insha Allah Daco Raj would be ended.
In last, Asad Umar also visited the Mahar House at Lakhi Ghulam Shah. #
