ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan briefed the members regarding the mini budget in the cabinet meeting.
According to sources, the Prime Minister apprised the members of the Cabinet meeting of the reasons for bringing the mini-budget and talked openly about it.
The Prime Minister also slammed the previous governments and said that the former rulers made us a slave nation by taking loans from international institutions.
He said that in order to repay the loans and interest of international institutions, one has to take loans from them.
It is to be noted that the money budget is likely to be presented by the government soon and in this regard the spokesperson of the Ministry of Finance said that no items will be levied on any item used by the common man in the money budget.
On the other hand, the opposition has strongly criticized the decision of the government to bring a mini-budget and has also decided to protest.
