HESCO, SEPCO ensure uninterrupted power supply: Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh

Karachi 16 November 2021 Sindh Minister for Energy Imtiaz Ahmed Sheikh, while presiding over a meeting with officials of Hyderabad Electric Supply Corporation (HESCO) and Sukkur Electric Supply Corporation (SEPCO) at the Sindh Energy Department office, directed that (HESCO) and (SEPCO) should resolve public grievances and ensure uninterrupted power supply. He said that the complaints received from the people should be resolved at any cost. He lamented the burning of power transformers in different parts of the province and non-timely repair or replacement of them.
He said that burnt transformers should be replaced immediately.The Sindh Energy Minister directed that the village electrification projects should also be completed within time. The meeting was attended by Sindh Energy Secretary Abu Bakar Madani and other officials
