THATTA: Judicial Magistrate Thatta in compliance with the order of Session Judge Thatta raided Keenjhar Police Station and got two laborers Mohammad Azeen Ghandro and Mohammad Imran Ghandro freed who were illegally detained for five days.
The raid was conducted on the complaint of Waqar Ali Ghandro, a relative of the two detainees who told the media that police had detained them on the behest of a few influential people and were trying to implicate them in false cases.
While the SHO was ordered to appear in person before Session Judge Thatta on Monday.
Meanwhile, District Health Officer Sujawal Dr. Shahnaz Khowaja inaugurated the COVID19 vaccination center in Sujawal here on Saturday meant to Vaccinate the residents of Sujawal against the virus.
She told reporters that in the first phase frontline health workers would be vaccinated. Dr. Sohail Majeedi, Dr. Asif Tarani, and WHO representatives Dr. Ashfaque Jaffarani were present on the occasion.
