Six persons including four singers allegedly kidnapped near Kashmore

KASHMORE: At least six persons including four signers were allegedly kidnapped in the premises of Kashmore police, here on late another day.
According to reports reached here that four singers named Darban Ali, Suhail Ahmed, Ikhlaque Ahmed and Muzamil Fakir all of by caste Bhatti, residents of Gambhat Taluka of Khairpur Mirs, when who were heading towards Kashmore to entertain the public in an event to be held in a marriage ceremony at Kashmore, but unknown kidnappers kidnapped them and left the driver on road to inform their heirs concerning the kidnapping of all singers.
Apart from this, two laborers were also allegedly kidnapped from Kandhkot in the limits of Jamal Police Station when according to reports both laborers were called by unknown persons for daily wages and allegedly kidnapped and kidnappers are demanding ransom money.
Kandhkot and Kashmore police are trying their level best to recover the kidnappees, but still are clueless.
The singers and notables of the area demanded the high-ups including SSP Kashmore-Kandhkot and others to play their part to recover allegedly kidnapped singers and laborers for the welfare of their families and gave the message for the general public that not to go without any proper identification on the invitation of an unknown person to perform.
It is worthwhile to mention here that the practice of kidnapping by luring on the voice of females is common in Kashmore-Shikarpur, Ghotki and other districts of Sindh mainly Kashmore.
