Lake Manchar is one of the most attractive placesin Sindh. This beautiful natural lake is situated in the west of the Indus River, Dadu District, Sindh, Pakistan. Not only it is the major freshwater lake in Pakistan but also one of Asia’s largest lakes with a very big area that can vary with the seasons from as little as 350 square kilometers to as much as 520 square kilometers. A large number of small streams in the Kirthar Mountains are its tributaries. the Indus River. The Lake Manchar is populated by the houseboat people of Mohana.
