Maulana Rashid Mahmood Soomro attacked near Larkana, remains unhurt

LARKANA: Unidentified gunmen opened fire on Maulana Rashid Mahmood Soomro’s vehicle in  Kanga police station limits. The assailants managed to flee away after the defensive firing of Maulana’s guard. Kanga police confirmed the incident. Rashid Mahmud Soomro remained miraculously safe. His brother Nasir Mahmud Soomro released a video statement on social media saying that Rashid Mahmood was safe and sound. He also urged the party workers not to leave patience and warned the SSP Larkana  that if the assailants were not arrested in 24 hours  they would launch a protest movement.
