Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi raised the issue of visas for Pakistani citizens before the UAE Minister.
On the sidelines of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers meeting in Niger, Foreign Minister Shah Qureshi met with UAE Minister of State for International Cooperation Reem Al-Hashimi to discuss issues of mutual interest, including bilateral relations and the Corona situation.
The two ministers also discussed Pakistan’s participation in the Expo to be held in Dubai next year, while the UAE Minister appreciated the Foreign Minister’s address on the occasion of the 47th session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers.
The Foreign Minister apprised the Pakistani citizens of the difficulties encountered in obtaining UAE visas and stressed the need for early resolution of visa problems for Pakistanis.
