Milk seller shot dead near Shikarpur

SHIKARPUR: A milk seller youth identified as Waseem Bhatti, of 22, resident of village Allah Rakhio Bhatti, was gunned down by a few unknown armed assailants when he was going to sell the milk, in the limits of Jahan Waah Police Station, approximately 60 kilometers off from here, on Saturday.
According to details reached here that Waseem Bhatti was shot dead by unknown armed assailants when he offered resistance with armed assailants when armed assailants tried to snatch his motorcycle when he was heading towards his way.
Armed assailants managed to escape from the place of crime.
Following on the information area police reached on the spot and moved the body to Sultan Kot Rural Health Centre for autopsy and handed it over to his heirs after completing necessary medical-legal formalities.
It is worthwhile to mention here that the deceased youth used to sell the milk to surrounding villages.
Neither an FIR was registered nor police have made any arrest till filing of this news file.
