Motorcyclists kidnapped near Khanpur

SHIKARPUR: A motorcyclist was allegedly kidnapped when he was returned after filling fuel in his motorcycle in the limits of Khanpur Police Station, approximately 20 kilometers off from here, on late another day.
According to reports, a motorcyclist named Sultan Ahmed Mahar, a resident of village Jumo village, was allegedly kidnapped when he was returning after filling fuel in his motorcycle from the petrol pump.
Following the information, the villagers recorded their protest and blocked the Indus Highway for vehicle and reopened the road on the assurance of the deputy superintendent of police Khanpur, however, the villagers demanded the SSP Shikarpur and other high-level authorities to take notice of the alleged kidnapping and play their part to recover the missing youth.
It is worthwhile to mention here that a villager named Shikari Jaffari and Fida Hussain Bhanbhro, said to be a driver of the vehicle, were also allegedly kidnapped in the different parts of the tehsil Khanpur.
