Asian Record: Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti’s Unshed Tears becomes the longest English poem ever written by any Asian poet

HYDERANAD: Prof Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti, a lecturer at Hyderabad University has written an epic poem  which he clams to be the longest English poem ever written by any Asian poet. Unshed Tears, an epic poem which has recently been published by Fiction House Lahore, with 620 lines is the longest English poem ever written by any Asian poet. Talking to the Daily News Bhatti said that Unshed Tears is an epic poem that is written against the current attitude of committing suicide by the hopeless or unsuccessful youths. This poem with a touch of the historical events, tells the readers not to give up and fight for the survival even if apparently there are no chances of the survival.
