RUKK Nov 02: 81st death anniversary of renowned mystic singer Bhagat Kanwar Ram was observed here on Wednesday. Different organizations arranged gatherings to pay tribute to him. Thousands of lamps were lighted in his memory at Railway station Rukk, the palace where he was murdered some eighty years ago.
