Negotiations between the government and government employees were successful but the sit-in did not end.

The government employees’ leader said that all the arrested government employees would also be released, a meeting with the government committee would be held at 11 am and a formal announcement would be made at 2.30 pm in the form of a notification. ۔

Protesters have staged sit-ins in several places in Islamabad, including D-Chowk.
