Nine killed in Madeji’s Kalhoro-Juenjo clash

SHIKARPUR: A clash erupted between two rival groups of Junejo and Kalhoro communities in the forest area of Madeji on Tuesday. In the clash the people of both groups attacked each other with the latest weapons which resulted in the death of nine men of both communities. The deceased men were identified as Madan Junejo, Mashooq Junejo, Ashiq Junejo, Mirza Junejo, Ali Raza Junejo, Hafeez Kalhoro, Abrar Kalhoro and Badal Kalhoro, while an injured named Shahnawaz Kalhoro succumbed to his injuries at the CMC Hospital Larkana. The bodies of the deceased men were handed over to their heirs after completing necessary medico legal formalities from a local area hospital. The SSP Shikarpur has confirmed while talking to the media that only seven men have been killed in Junejo-Kalhoro clash.
