Police fire tear gas at protesting government employees in Islamabad

In the federal capital Islamabad, government employees protesting against the pay hike tried to march towards the Parliament House, which is being shelled by the police.

The protesters tried to cross towards the house planted container D-Chowk Police said heavy shelling.

A long line of vehicles was formed on Srinagar Highway along Chungi No. 26.
