SHIKARPUR: Qomi Awami Tehreek Shikarpur chapter held a reference to pay great tribute to martyrs of two cops and one private photographer, who sacrifice their lives fighting with dacoits at Katcha Area of Ghari Tegho a couple of days earlier, and pelted flower and lit candles in memory of martyrs, at Lakhi gate clock tower.
Zahid Bhanbhro, QAT Shikarpur leader, while speaking to the participants, paid great tribute and homage to martyrs of Shikarpur and said that the sacrifices of police cops would not be in vain and people of Shikarpur expressed their anger over increasing dacoit culture, besides, Zafar Ali Channa advocate demanded the government of Sindh to provide latest weapons to Sindh police to combat with dacoits.
Apart from this, the representatives of Save Shikarpur, JUI-F, PML-N, JSM, APCA, PTI, PPP-SB, SAS, STP, JUP, Sambara Scouts Open Group, Shikarpur Youth, PPMA, Soomra Association, social workers, journalists, and a large number of people belonging to different walk of life participated and paid a great homage to martyrs of Shikarpur cops and chanted slogan against dacoit culture and its patrons.
