As soon as the rains started in Karachi, electricity was cut off in many areas, due to which the water supply was also affected. And severe water shortage in the affected areas, heavy rains Water and Sewerage Board, Curr Achi Metropolitan Corporation, District Municipalities, Sindh Solid Waste Management Board and other related institutions have opened the fort of claims, the question is why do not such problems arise in many countries of the world where it rains much more than we do? The reason for this is the active system of local governments, constant availability of all civic facilities, active and diligent government machinery, proper use of government funds, complete prevention of corruption, encouragement for good performance and dereliction of duty. There is a wallet system. We can also make rain a blessing instead of a nuisance by controlling mismanagement and arranging these matters.
