Save Shikarpur Movement’s rally for people’s rights

SHIKARPUR: The leaders and members of the Save Shikarpur Movement took out a protest rally under the leadership of Qari Mujeeb Rehman Madani, Zahid Bhanbhro, Abdul Wahab Kagzi, Asadullah Soomro, Zafar Ali Channa, Masood Ahmed Qadri, Zahid Pahore, Miaz Zafar Ali Alvi, Aijaz Kakepoto, Illahi Bux Shaikh, Aijaz Khokhar, Dado Tahir Soomro Shoukat Baloch, Ali Asghar Pahore and others on Wednesday. The rally started from the Rustam Chowk which marched through different parts of the city and a large number of people belonging to different walks of life participated in it. The protest leaders while talking to the media expressed concern over unannounced load shedding of gas, power, shortage of water and occupations on people’s properties. They also demanded the shifting of dairies out of the city. The leaders and activists of different parties which include
JUI-F, QAT, STP, JUI-P, JSM,Shikarpur Events Organisation, Shikarpur Youth Organization, Sambara Scouts, Petroleum Dealers Association, Shikarpur Press Club, Sports Association, Pakistan Paramedical Staff’s Association and other parties have formed the Save Shikarpur Movement which is struggling for the provision of civic facilities to the people. other leaders, who were also a part of protest included Irshad Arain, Abdul Ghafoor Dayo, Fazlullah Noorani, Abdul Fattah Mahar, Waheed Qureshi, Mujahid Langah, Saeed Soomro, Shafqat Hussain Jatoi, Shafiq Shaikh, Mushtaq Sendhro,m Babar Pathan, Hidayatullah Mahar, Pervez Abro, Ghulam Ali Gul, Mujahid Bhutto, Sultan Rind, Dilsher Majeed Mirani, Manzoor Solangi, Imran Mangi, Qari Raqeeb, Sodho James and others.
