The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has welcomed the statement of Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding blasphemy against the Prophet (PBUH)
Afghan Foreign Ministry spokesman Abdul Qahar Balkhi said in a statement on social media that “the Islamic Emirate welcomes the statement of Russian President Vladimir Putin that arrogance in honor of the Prophet Muhammad is not freedom of speech but against the freedom of religion and it is a violation of the sacred sentiments of Muslims.
