ISLAMABAD/BADIN: Imran Khan had selected through using technics of Results Transmission System (RTS) and feared that now he might be selected by using of Electronic voting Machine (EVM).
The changing scenario of Afghanistan might leave the undesirable results to neighboring countries including Pakistan saying that America had used the Taliban against Russia and now it will try to use them against China.
This, Mr. Farhatullah Babar, Central Secretary, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) expressed during the meet of the delegation of the Badin Press Club led by Tanweer Ahmed Arain, President of the Club at his residency in Islamabad.
Mr. Farhatullah Babar said that in the previous election, for setting up the PTI led Government in Federal, the Results Transmission System was used which had lost the sureness of the political parties and masses simultaneously over the Electronic voting Machine usage in upcoming general polls.
The senior politician said that PPP not believes on speculations, suppositions and hypothesis. It believes on certainty and real facts and plays in democratic and political pose and mode saying that PPP never leave the arena empty that is why we had not tendered the resignations from the assemblies when Muslim League (N) and Mulana Fazal-ul-Rehman were providing the opportunity of by-polls by vacating their constituencies through tendering resignations which can solely strengthen the PTI for bringing amendments in constitution according their wills and wishes adding he said that PPP has felt uncertainty that constitutional forum might be used for unconstitutional steps and actions which may be used for foisting the presidential system in the country and amputation of eighteenth amendment.
He said that illegal imposition of the PTI in next term might be prove perilous and precarious for the democracy adding that first experience of bring the PTI’s Government was nothing more than costliness and price hike, poverty and unemployment.
He said that due to the wrong policies of recent Federal Government, Pakistan was being made alone at the world level which deteriorated and declined the democracy and destruction of the economy.
He said that America didn’t took its key stakeholders including Pakistan in the confidence and not held consultation regarding evacuation and excreting from Afghanistan meanwhile rulers were also failed to take opposition in the confidence which was gigantic mistake.
Farhatullah Babar said rulers has no reckoning of positive and negative effects of expeditely changing of the world scenario saying that power and dominancy of Taliban in Afghanistan would strength the TTP and others extremist actors in Pakistan which would be not positive sign for Pakistan and world simultaneously adding that peace and stability in Afghanistan and strongest and durable public favored government was a sole guarantor and warrantor for world’s peace.
Talking on the recent verdict of apex court which made unemployment of thousands of employees of sui gas and others departments, deplored that those were earlier forcibly and illegally terminated from their jobs in Sharif’s regime and PPP Government not only reinstated them on their jobs but also gave legal protection through the parliament despite that justice (Judge) of the apex court announced the same verdict which will bring economic destruction of thousands of families.
He assured that PPP would stand with thousands of sacked employees and will leave no stone unturned for their restoration.
On the occasion, senior journalists Abdul Razak Khatti, Ghulam Murtaza Memon, Sawan Khaskheli, Shoukat Memon, Shafi Memon, Imran Khuwaja, Ashfaque Memon, Sulleman Mandhro and others were also present.
