The first Taraweeh of Ramadan is being performed in the two holy shrines.
Taraweeh prayers are being offered in Masjid-ul-Haram and Masjid-e-Nabawi with limited number of worshipers under the Corona Code of Conduct.
Qari Abdul Rehman Al-Sudais is offering Taraweeh prayers in Masjid-ul-Haram. On this occasion, Tawaf is also being performed by the devotees in the Haram with Corona SOPs. On the other hand, Taraweeh prayers are also being offered in Madinah and Sheikh Abdul Mohsin Al-Qasim is offering Taraweeh prayers. On the other hand, Taraweeh prayers are being offered in Madinah and Sheikh Abdul Mohsin Al-Qasim is offering Taraweeh prayers there. It is believed that the Saudi government has increased the number of rak’ahs in Taraweeh prayers in Makkah and Madinah Was ordered to be halved after which 10 rak’ats of Taraweeh prayers are being offered in the Haram.
