Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed during the hearing of the murder case of the family of Umm Rabab Chandio asked whether the Sindh Police can not arrest the two accused?
The murder case of Umm Rabab Chandio’s family was heard in the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Gulzar Ahmed.
Umm Rabab Chandio told the court that both the PPP MPAs are accused and no action has been taken against them. The accused Sardar Khan Chandio and Burhan Chandio have been assured not to take any action.
The victim girl said that one accused has been handed over to the police under the deal, no action has been taken against the landlords and vassals for facilitating the accused.
Umm Rabab Chandio further said that when I go to court, the elders block my way.

The Supreme Court has ordered the arrest of Murtaza Chandio, another fugitive accused in the murder case.
On the other hand, the accused Zulfiqar Chandio involved in the triple murder was produced in the court of the first civil judge under tight security.
The civil judge handed over the accused Zulfiqar Chandio to the police on a 3-day physical remand while the police search operation is underway to arrest the two absconding accused in the murder case.
Case background
It may be recalled that on January 17, 2018, members of Chandio community shot and killed Umm Rabab’s father, grandfather and uncle in Dadu’s Tehsil Meher.
Former Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar arrived at the Karachi Registry of the Supreme Court one morning to hear the cases. A video of the hearing also went viral.
