Wife of a prominent writer Sajjad Mahar laid to rest

SHIKARPUR: The better half of a prominent writer Sajjad Mahar passed away owing to cardiac arrest, here on Sunday.
The funeral prayer of the better half of Sajjad Mahar was held next to Kanik Shah Badshah Dargah and she was laid to rest at Sunhar Shah graveyard at Shikarpur.
A good number of writers, intellectuals, poets, journalists and columnists including Nasim Bukhari, Waheed Phulpoto, Abdul Khalique Soomro, Adeel Alvi, Adeel Mahar, Israr Jhullan, Anwar Soomro, Salman Soomro, and other citizen belonging to different walk of life attended the funeral ceremony.
After hearing the sad news people rushed to the residence of Sajjad Mahar and expressed their deepest grief and sorrow over the sad demise of his better half and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the highest palace to the departed soul and gave patients to bereaved family members.
