APCA Thatta Unit Demands Promotion As Per Seniority List

THATTA: The All Pakistan Clerk Association Health Wing Thatta in coordination with the joint action committee held a vigorous protest demonstration for the fulfillment of their demands outside Civil hospital Thatta.
Key leaders of APCA Thatta Unit Abdul Karim Bandh, Ashraf Khushik, Ibrahim Samejo, Anil Kumar, and others said that; The Sindh government had not been taking notice of their ordeal and they were completely being neglected by the concerned authorities.
They further said that: Over a decade had passed but their seniority list was not brought forward that halted their timely promotions.
Protesting clerks demanded secretary health produce the concealed seniority list saying they would accept promotion if given according to that list.
The clerks at District health office Thatta and Civil Hospital Thatta have been observing a pen-down strike for the last 20 days and threatened to be on strike if their demands were not met.
Whereas APCA unit Sujawal held a protest in favor of the employees of Syed Abdullah Shah Institute of Medical Sciences Sehwan. They lambasted the apathetic attitude of the director towards the employees and demanded his removal. They also demanded the Sindh government to regularize those employees.
The protest was led by President APCA Sujawal Unit Khamiso Khowaja and President People Paramedical Association Manzoor Khowaja.
