Child rights Advocacy Network will provide all legal support to protect the rights of the children

SHIKARPUR: Wherever the incidents of injustice and incidents of rape-cum-murder were done with children in the district Child Rights Advocacy Network Shikarpur would provide its all legal support and would be behind like a hard mountain to support, it was decided in a monthly meeting in which at least 34 social welfare organizations participated, it was convened in the close collaboration with Legal Rights Forum [LRF] at Shikarpur.
Speaking to the meeting participants Pervaiz Abro, the chairman of Child Rights Advocacy Network Shikarpur, Mujahid Bhutto, and Zahid Abro, said that the incidents of injustice are increasing slowly and gradually while unfortunately sixty percent of cases are not being lodged therefore we are extending our network up to village level so that we could ensure the protection of the children at large adding more leaders said that the incidents of rape-cum-murders have been reported therefore the network will have to struggle at any level.
Apart from this, the Sindh government has established separate desk rooms in almost every department including Police, Health, Education, Social Welfare and others to counter, mitigate and provide justice to children, and desk rooms play their role to curb such incidents being continued in Sindh and Shikarpur as well.
Besides, leaders further added that the Sindh government has already made a constitution to protect the rights of children, now, our team members will play their role at the village level to implement the constitution and protect the rights of the children.
Imran Memon, Riaz Bhayo, Dr. Ashock Kalani, Jalaluddin Jamali, Nasim Khoso, Ms. Sobia Qazi, Ms. Nighat Sultana, Ghulam Qadir Mastoi, Faisal Shaikh, and a large number of social workers attended the meeting and vowed to play their role to protect the rights of the children as per law.
