SHIKARPUR: PPP leader Faraz Imtiaz Shaikh on Sunday arrived at Dargha Haji Faqeerullah Shah Alvi and offered his condolence to Adeel Alvi senior journalist and correspondent Daily News over the death of his uncle professor Israr Alvi. He expressed his deep sorrow and grief over the death of Professor Alvi and prayed Almighty Allah to grant a grand palace in heaven for the departed soul. Speaking on the occasion, PPP leader Faraz Imtiaz Shaikh said that Professor Israr Ahmed Alawi was a great scholar, educator and sophisticated man of the present era. Tansir Ahmad Alvi, Amjad Alvi, Raja Khan, Naseem Bukhari, Journalist Abdul Khaliq Soomro, Agha Salah Khan Pathan, Naqib Mirza, Aga Nadeem Pathan, Jamil Sheikh and others were also present on the occasion.
