SHIKARPUR: The District & Sessions Judge Shikarpur, Mushtaque Ahmed Kalwar, has written a letter addressed to Administrator Shikarpur Municipality, in which he stated that all the gutters should be covered within one week because this office has received many general complaints and such sort of news have also published in print media that almost the faces of gutters are opened therefore minor kids are falling down into them, therefore, you are informed that all the faces of gutters should be covered within one week and such report be submitted in honorable court.
